EVENT OVERVIEW:

Cyber Resilience + AI: PEOPLE, PROCESS & technology 2026 Part 1 is a full-day conference crafted to address critical challenges in artificial intelligence, technology governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with a particular emphasis on AI (Yes…more AI!), Data, and Opportunities.  What will GRC look like in the high velocity world of AI?  (Hint:  Continuous vs. annual).  Since there is a significant focus on people, and there will be significant realignment of roles, we will also be including a career panel.   We will also discuss strategies for aligning human talent with new automated processes to ensure that increased technical velocity does not outpace institutional oversight.

Agenda Highlights Include:

AI Bias:
What does AI Bias look like?  What is AI Explainability?  What is AI Observability?  How does it relate to  tracking data drift, hallucinations, and model performance, ensuring AI systems remain accurate, reliable, and compliant in production environments.

GRC for AI:

What does effective GRC look like in the age of AI?

AI in Enterprise: Current State and Future State – Roundtable and Workshop

AI adoption is accelerating — but not uniformly. While the pace of innovation continues to intensify, enterprises are navigating it at vastly different stages of readiness, investment, and maturity. Separating signal from noise has never been more important.

This practitioner-led roundtable and workshop cuts through the hype to focus on what’s actually happening on the ground. Participants will hear directly from experienced practitioners sharing real-world insights on where enterprises stand today, what’s working, what isn’t, and what the path forward looks like.  Expect candid conversation, peer knowledge-sharing, and actionable takeaways for organizations at every stage of their AI journey.

Workforce Realignment & Evolution:

Recognizing that people remain an organization’s most critical factor, we will address the significant realignment of professional roles. The day includes a dedicated career panel focusing on the skills required to thrive alongside autonomous systems.
