First and foremost, the Board would like to thank all of our members for your continued support and dedication. Our continued success really depends on the phenomenal job our members and volunteers continue to provide year after year which has made our chapter explode to nearly 1,000 members strong today.
2017 – 2018 Plan Recap:
CPE Programs
• 40 hours and attendance
• Review courses held for CISA, CISM & CRISC
• Successful GRC Conference with a featured Healthcare Training Track
• Engaging training on Cybersecurity Emerging Trends and Internal Audit
• Continued partnership with IIA on CPE events
Academic Relations
• Student chapter created at South University and free passes and discounted rates established for students to attend review courses
• Student scholarship fund
Corporate Sponsorship
• Over $5,000 raised to support CPE events and chapter operations
Growth
• Our chapter continues to grow (14% growth since 2017)

Enhancement to Member Experience
• Welcome new members at network events in the fall and spring
• Recognize individuals passing certification exams and emails
• Posting on the Chapter website (with their permission)
Event Support and Coordination
• Create meaningful ways for members to be engaged

• Continue to grow our presence at Universities – South University, USF and UT (increase student memberships, create student chapter at USF)
